Edo State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Emperor Jarrett Tenebe has lauded the party’s convention that led to the successful return of Professor Nentawe Yilwatda as the National Chairman of the APC.

Yilwatda, alongside all the members of the National Working Committee (NWC), was returned unopposed by over 8,000 party delegates in Abuja over the weekend.

Tenebe described the return of Yilwatda and his team as a strong testament to the trust and confidence placed in his leadership by the delegates and members of the party.

Tenebe assured the National Chairman and the National Working Committee of unwavering support and loyalty, as well as that of the members of the Edo State chapter of the party.

He expressed optimism that the party would continue to promote internal democracy and uphold its commitment to delivering meaningful progress to the Nigerian people.

“We are optimistic that under your stewardship, the party will continue to strengthen its structures, promote internal democracy, and uphold its commitment to delivering meaningful progress to the Nigerian people,” he declared.
