BENIN CITY – Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has approved the appointment of 20 new Permanent Secretaries in the Edo State Public Service as part of efforts to strengthen the state’s administrative machinery and enhance service delivery.
The appointments were announced in a public statement issued by the Head of Service, Dr. Anthony Osas Okungbowa, who disclosed that the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries would be sworn into office on a date to be announced by the government.
The appointees are:

4. Anelu Wilson Oziegbe
5. Ukpebor Ehiabhi Jonathan
6. Erhaze Samson
7. Sadoh Martins Imonmion
8. Otamere Enodolomwanyi
9. Enabulele Abdulfatai Ikponmwonsa
10. Akhimien Emmanuel Eboreime
11. Obanor John Osarobo
12. Aliu Nurudeen Obogai
13. Balogun Aiyegbeni Aina
14. Imoisili Edith Amenawon
15. Momoh-Odihinrin Justina Akhazimeye
16. Ozigbo Osayande Duke
17. Eigbiremolen Godson Tunde
18. Efe-Amenze Agharese Patricia
19. Ohunyon Ernest Ehikioya

The appointments are expected to strengthen the leadership of the Edo State Public Service and reinforce the government’s commitment to efficient governance and effective implementation of its development programmes.
The statement, signed by Dr. Anthony Osas Okungbowa, Head of Service, noted that the swearing-in ceremony for the new Permanent Secretaries would be held on a date to be announced shortly.
