Former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna (Josephina Otabor) defeated actress Nkechi Blessing in a scheduled four-round celebrity boxing match at the Chaos in the Ring event held at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Lagos.

‎Phyna secured a knockout victory over Nkechi Blessing in the fourth round after controlling the pace and wearing down her opponent across the preceding rounds.

‎With the victory, Phyna was awarded a championship belt and a brand-new 2026 Electric Vehicle (EV).

‎The victory makes Phyna the first female celebrity champion in the history of the Chaos in the Ring series.

‎Following her victory, Phyna challenged Nollywood actress Etinosa Idemudia to be her next opponent in the ring. Etinosa, who was watching ringside, immediately accepted the challenge.

‎The Chaos in the Ring card, sanctioned by the Nigeria Boxing Board of Control (NBBofC), also featured a co-main event where skit maker Carter Efe defeated musician Speed Darlington.
